Abstract.
The article is devoted to the problem of social partnership public institution formation in the Russian Federation. This paper is topical as nowadays in Russia social partnership public institution is still developing, and many questions on social partnership system development in the country remain unsolved. The author used structural-functional method while analyzing the Russian system of social partnership on the basis of the famous American sociologists T. Parsons and R. Merton’s works, and also created the “ideal model” of the Russian system of social partnership. The obtained results of the analysis can be used for social partnership system perfection in the Russian Federation.
