Abstract.
In the article law enforcement practice problems connected with citizens’ property inheritance are considered. One of such problems is the assignment of responsibility concerning the legator’s debts to the legatees, who don’t bear responsibility according to the general rule. The author analyzes the contradictions of doctrinal and legislative approaches in the issues of minors’ liability, and also suggests recommendations in relation to the further perfection of hereditary and civil legislations.
