OTTO KOELLREUTTER ABOUT NATIONAL-SOCIALIST UNDERSTANDING OF JURAL STATE

Abstract. The article is devoted to the ideas analysis of the brochure “National-Socialist Jural State” by one of the significant jurists, who supported the Nazi regime, – Otto Koellreutter. Koellreutter’s views on the key sections of state and law theory: state, and law and order essence, attitude to “pure theory of law” by Hans Kelsen, juridical technique, law sources, law understanding, revolution, state functions, purposes and tasks of legal regulation are considered.
