Abstract.
In the article the sociological analysis of bioethics discourse axiological component is presented as the main one in the theoretical-practical explication of human existence under the conditions of bio-technological progress. The author comes to the conclusion that bioethics ethic-axiological essence not only models the matrixes of value transdisciplinary reflection in medical practice context, but also creates a social-methodological potential of comprehension and activity in other areas of innovative practice.
