UNIVERSAL COMPOSITION FORMS IN ARCTIC PEOPLES’ ORNAMENT (EVENKS, EVENS)

Abstract.
The forms and composition peculiarities of Yakutia peoples’ ornament are considered in the article. The purpose of the work is the general characteristic of ornament types and forms, the principles of compositions creation on traditional art objects. The author determines the researches importance of the North peoples’ ornament of the middle of the ХХ th century, generalizes the methods. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of the Evenks’ and Evens’ ornamental motifs, the connections and mutual influences of the ethno-contact zone peoples are noted, the Evenks’ and Evens’ universal compositions are described, ornamental constructions, composition techniques, symmetry types, and ornament constructivity are analyzed.
