Abstract.
The article reveals the formation conditions of creative personality by the example of the biographies of the Russian artists of the first half of the XX
th century N. Ya. Simnovich-Efimova and I. S. Efimov. Creative work as the ground for cultural synthesis in the Silver Age is regarded as the result of the innovative principles of the mindset, cultural positions, ethical standards formation of the personality that is aimed at public service and spiritual development. The topicality of such an idea about creative work and its formation conditions can be proved by the crisis of modern personality having enclosed and fractionary perception that leads to society crisis.
