INTER-ECONOMIC COOPERATION IN AGRICULTURE OF WESTERN SIBERIA IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE 60S – THE FIRST HALF OF THE 80S OF THE XX CENTURY

Abstract.
In the article the little-studied problems of the agrarian and economic history of the USSR of the second half of the 1960s – the first half of the 1980s that were connected with the state attempts to raise the efficiency of kolkhozes and sovkhozes with the help of the establishment of inter-economic agricultural enterprises are analyzed. On the basis of the materials on Western Siberia the author grounds the following thesis: this economic mechanism didn’t influence much the development of kolkhozes and sovkhozes as its adoption was based on the confidence in the advantages of large industrial sectors and realized with bureaucratic methods, especially in the second half of the 1970s in the conditions of the unfavorable economic situation.
