Abstract. The urgent task of modernity is the creation of backgrounds for ensuring the realization of the personality in society. This task is promoted by the development of axiological conceptions. The author presents the model of step-by-step personal development in society in value aspect as an innovation approach. The paper describes the role of values in the active creative and professional realization of the personality in society, analyzes mechanisms for securing the functioning of this model of value system.
