PRACTICAL THEORY OF J. MOOR’S COMPUTER ETHICS

Abstract.
The article describes problem-solving methods in the field of J. Moor’s computer technology use. The basics of a new ethics practical theory are reflected, the main task of computer ethics and three methods of applied science problems determination are singled out. Such notions, introduced by J. Moor, as “logical compliance”, “computer strategies”, “strategic vacuums” are revealed, the significance of ethically correct behavior substantiation and the determination of society’s value preferences is highlighted. The author concludes about the role of computer ethics in the process of modern society’s technologies application.
