Abstract.
Training of flight-technical personnel during the Great Patriotic War was realized in military-educational establishments of different types. In this article the activity of the 7
th Military Aviation School of Primary Education for Pilots of the Siberian command is considered. On the basis of the analysis of archival documents the author reveals the issues of recruiting with permanent and variable staff, material support and the organization of education. The Aviation School trained about 600 people for the short period of its existence.
