Abstract.
The article reveals the meaning of the term “public policy”, investigates the value aspects of the culture of public policy, the historical specifics of its development. The author makes a philosophical analysis of the basic political values in various historical periods of the development of the USA public policy, identifies the value models of public policy. The paper is made on the basis of the works of the English-speaking authors, which were not previously translated.
