Abstract.
The article deals with the peculiarities of the plot modelling of historical reality in a historical film at the modern stage of cinematography development. The author considers the situation of the exclusion of historical conflict from the plot of a historical film and analyzes the changes of the film dramaturgic structure: the features of choosing a character, a locale, events. The conclusion about the crisis of historical consciousness reflected in historical film dramaturgy is drawn in the article.
