ON CRIMINAL ACTION IN DEFENCE OF EXPRESSION OF PEOPLE’S WILL

Abstract.
In the article topical issues relating to the realization of the constitutional right to juridical protection in the form of people’s accusation by the citizens of Russia are considered. It is shown that people’s accusation concerning the corruption of the expression of people’s will during voting is a criminal action brought by citizens or a certain citizen by means of criminal prosecution against one person or a group of people, who are accused of the corruption of the expression of people’s will during voting.
