Abstract.
The article analyzes the problems of the social content and role of the philosophy of history in the activity of society. The paper identifies special features of the historical descriptions of the Eurasian, including the North Caucasian, peoples. The author justifies a thesis about the conflictogenity of the available descriptions of the past and the negative role of historiosophical conceptions in this process, identifies backgrounds for the formation of integrated sociocultural space maintaining the integrity of Russia. The researcher introduces a version for developing the philosophy of history confirming the civilizational integrity of the peoples of Russia.
