SOCIALIZING PRACTICES IN SYSTEM OF CADETS’ EDUCATION (BY THE EXAMPLE OF CADET SCHOOLS)

Abstract. The socialization of an individual in the conditions of educational field is one of the key aspects of the research of the modern sociology of education. In the article the functionality of the social institution of cadets’ education from the perspectives of poly-paradigmality is revealed. The author makes an attempt to structure the process of socialization and to make an empirical model of the functionality of socializing practices in the conditions of cadet schools. The study of certain problem aspects of cadets’ socialization on the basis of the received results is a promising direction of sociological researches.
