INTER-GENERATION ANALYSIS OF DYNAMICS OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY GUIDELINES OF RESIDENTS OF VOLGOGRAD REGION

Abstract. In the article certain results of an analytical sociological study aimed at identifying the depth of spreading of a number of negative trends in the sphere of marriage and family in modern Russia are presented. The comparative analysis of the marriage and family guidelines of the residents of Volgograd and Volgograd region, who belong to four different age generations - 18-23 to 50-60 years old, - is carried out. This allows drawing certain conclusions about the current state of the institution of traditional marriage in our country and the immediate prospects of its development.
