INTERNATIONAL NON-GOVERNMENTAL AUTOMOBILE ORGANIZATIONS: GENERAL CHARACTERISTIC

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the activity of international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) in the regulation of automobile transportation. Despite the fact that INGOs according to international public law are not its subjects due to the lack of ability to create international legal norms, the author focuses on the specific actions of the organizations carried out in the stated sphere. The characteristic of two organizations - the International Road Transport Union (IRU) and the International Automobile Federation (FIA) is given.
