Abstract.
The article is devoted to the issues of social self-organization. The heart of all social interactions is formed by the principle of sharing and redistribution of energy that moves through network social channels and is concentrated in their nodes. Passionate adhocracy - the fundamental mechanism for all social interactions - acts as social energy nodes-attractors. This mechanism is set in motion by passionate adhocracy agents, i.e. individuals with high level of inherent internal energy.
