Abstract.
The article examines the interaction of our body with spirit and consciousness. Studying various aspects of this integrity, showing the freedom and richness of its expressiveness we can discover the wisdom of body once again. Since dance is, first of all, a decorative and highly artistic art, the motions and postures of a dancer should be beautiful, elegant and graceful. The authors conclude that performing a dance requires continuous interaction of all the parts of the body in ideally coordinated motions, none of which is unnecessary.
