“ACTION FRANÇAISE”: TO THE ORIGINS OF EUROPEAN FASCISM

Abstract.
The article reveals the backgrounds of fascism in France. The author examines French counter-revolutionary ideas, in particular, by Charles Maurras - the ideological founder and political “father” of European fascism; the paper analyzes the process of the formation and development of the political organization “Action Française”, identifies the typical features of the mentioned association, considers ideology, political technologies, which later on influenced the formation of fascism.
