Abstract.
The history of Rodez, which was on the border of the interests of the Visigoth and the Frankish kingdoms, can be described as an infinite number of conflicts and wars in the VI century. In this regard, it seems interesting to turn to the figures of the town bishops during this period. This article pays special attention to the history and activity of the first three bishops of the town: Amantea, Kvintsian and Dalmatia.
