Abstract.
The article deals with realistic method in the art of the XX century expressing the understanding of the era by the contemporaries. The purpose of the article is to identify the reasons of the appearance of realisms, which reflect certain ways of world outlook. The term «attitude “hyper”» oriented to the concept of the individual in the conditions of modern culture is introduced. The authors conclude that hyperrealism as the most rigid form of the realistic search of the art of the XX century is the result of the comprehension of the critical inconsistency of the human and contemporary reality.
