Abstract.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the factors influencing the formation and development of legal system as a cultural-historical phenomenon. The topicality of the problem is conditioned by contemporary processes having direct or indirect impact on the national legal system. It is concluded that the initial historical conditions of the formation of state-organized society, and also ideological and other factors determine the formation and development of legal system.
