CONSTITUTIONAL CONFRONTATION (EXPERIENCE OF COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS)

Abstract. In the article by the example of such countries as Poland and Somalia the phenomenon of constitutional confrontation is analyzed, the need of the account of social and political conditions in the study of conflict phenomena in state-legal sphere is demonstrated. The author shows the effectiveness of the use of interdisciplinary, comparative-legal approaches that allowed establishing the common features of the development of conflict phenomena in the period of constitutional reform. Particular attention is paid to the identification and research of the ways to resolve arising conflicts.
