PECULIARITIES OF COLLISIONS IN RUSSIAN LAW

Abstract.
The article examines the peculiarities of collisions in Russian law. The researcher substantiates the topicality of the chosen theme. The object of the study is the norms of Russian law in the framework of examining their collision component. Such problems as the causes of collisions appearance, the correlation of legal collisions with legal competition and juridical conflict are considered. The author’s contribution is conditioned by the development of practical recommendations to solve the collisions between the norms of Russian law and the norms of international law including due to the introduction of the principle ordre public into the national system.
