FORMING INFORMATION SPHERE: SOCIAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL ASPECT

Abstract. The article examines the specifics of forming information sphere, its interrelation with techno- and socio-spheres, analyzes their dynamics, interdependence and mutual penetration. The author shows that the processes of transforming techno-sphere into information sphere determine the change of the values, norms and priorities of civilization. The paper focuses on studying pseudo-sphere - “virtual reality”, in which social networks, social communities form, and identifies the specifics of web-communication.
