MANIFESTATION OF GENERAL 300-YEAR PRINCIPLE OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS IN THE HISTORY OF RUSSIA

Abstract.
The article examines the dialectics of the state existence. The author argues that the general principles of intergovernmental relations can differ from those conditioned by the internal aspect of the society existence. Taking into account Russia’s interaction with a great number of states in different parts of the Earth and relying on the analysis of its most important intergovernmental contracts the author identified that the general principle of intergovernmental relations is a 300-year principle of the symmetrical repetition of facts in the isolated cycles of existence.
