Abstract.
The article reflects the results of the study of the range of textile fancy goods that were issued in the 1970-1980s by one of the industrial enterprises of Leningrad. The task of the paper is the analysis of the artistic qualities of drawings on scarves. On the basis of materials and photographs from private collections the author identifies the specific types of textile ornaments and their variations in B. Migal’s projects. The article also considers the key problems for the determination of the artist’s creative personality. The conclusions have been tested in academic process.
