Abstract.
In the article on the basis of the documents of the State Archive of Contemporary History of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and periodical materials the evolution of the socio-professional characteristics of the party leaders of North Ossetia in 1924-1953 is considered. The authors analyze the key approaches of the Сenter to the rotation of the executive/first secretaries of the North Ossetian regional committee of the party.
