Abstract.
This article discusses steps of formation of a new enterprise structure and organization of pilot artillery production at the plant “Red Arsenal” (Leningrad) in the period from 1921 to 1927. The main objective of the article is connected with the analysis of problems that were solved in the years of NEP in the field of improvement of the plant management for production of both conversion and military products for the benefit of the Russian artillery development.
