Abstract.
The article offers a broader interpretation of the term “fusion” in the art of music, which became possible as a result of observations of other cultural practices (design, cooking, fashion); confirms increasing tendencies of dialogization (integration, hybridization, globalization - the names are different, but, in fact, very close) in modern mass music. Manifestations of the style (interethnic exchanges, styles mixing, combination of non-simultaneous phenomena) are shown by the example of the album “Girl’s Songs” by the singer Pelageya.
