Abstract.
This article is devoted to disadvantages and improvement in the field of collective ownership of a rural land plot in China. With the development of the Chinese economy, the shortcomings of the collective ownership system become more apparent. The authority of the country has set a serious task to improve the legal system of ownership of the rural land plot. Improvement is promoted by the nationalization of lands, within the framework of which the institution of emphyteusis will be formed, and this will improve the system of land use.
