CHORAL WORKS BY E. V. GOKHMAN IN THE REPERTOIRE OF SARATOV PROVINCAIL THEATRE OF CHORAL MUSIC

Abstract.
The article presents an analysis of the choral works by Elena Vladimirovna Gokhman, which are included in the repertoire of Saratov Provincial Theater of Choral Music (artistic director and chief conductor is Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Professor L. A. Litsova). The spiritual orientation of the themes of choral cycles (“Five Choruses on the Verses by A. Blok” (for the unaccompanied chorus; 1972), “Three Dedications” (for soprano, choir and organ; 1991), Spiritual chants for the male chorus and chamber orchestra “And I will Give him the Morning Star...” (2005)) allows uniting them into a single metatext.
