FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF MIGRANTS AND THEIR ECONOMIC ARRANGEMENT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE XX CENTURY (BY THE MATERIALS OF SEMIPALATINSK REGION)

Abstract.
In the article on the basis of the materials of Semipalatinsk region the financial support of migrants and their economic arrangement in the region at the beginning of the XX century are considered. Solving the tasks of the process of migration, the authorities paid close attention to the issue of travel loans and credits for newly settled with the purpose of their comfortable settling. The main documents regulating the process of migrants’ crediting were the Provisional Regulations of June 15, 1902 and the Law of April 19, 1909 “On the Procedure for Granting a Loan for Common Usual Needs”. In the process of migrants’ accomplishment special attention was focused on the construction of churches and schools.
