Abstract.
The article is devoted to the philosophical understanding of the activity of the Sesens’ Institute on the basis of the analysis of its role and influence on the formation and development of the Bashkir national idea. In the popular consciousness, sesens were absolute authority, meeting the inner ideal of piety and morality, and creating this ideal, storytelling for them is an aesthetic of not a representation of life, but of its transformation. All the works of a sesen are extremely existential and open before us as the formulation and solution of the basic problems of the all-Bashkir being and the all-Bashkir destiny.
