COMPREHENSION OF THE FIGURE OF NOMAD IN THE REALIAS OF THE MODERNITY

Abstract.
The object of the research of this article is the phenomenon of nomadism; the subject is the figure of nomad in modern times. The practice of taking care of oneself (M. Foucault) and taking care of another (P. Hadot) and their interpretation by modern philosophers-practitioners (R. Lahav) is chosen as the main tool of work with a modern nomad. One of the main conclusions of the study is that a modern person is an involuntary nomad; by referring to the forms of philosophical practice the modern nomad can comprehend himself, find himself and transcend.
