Philosophical Consultancy: Responding to the VUCA World Challenges

Abstract.
The purpose of the research is to shed light on instrumentality of philosophical consultancy in responding to the VUCA world challenges. Scientific novelty of the research lies in studying intellectual and value-based instrumentality of philosophical response in the form of consultancy to the VUCA world challenges. As a result, it is proved that instrumentality of philosophical consultancy is provided by application of philosophical ideas and methods to solve a specific problem that is significant for a subject, as well as by dialectically and logically related mental procedures of “diving into depth” to understand essence of a problem and “breaking the mould” when solving a problem.
