Organizational Management Principles: Historical and Methodological Aspect

Abstract.
The paper reveals management principles role in human civilization development, shows how they influence humans’ everyday life, spiritual and material culture, perception of power. The author argues that the role of management principles will increase, which is conditioned by the following factors: firstly, the necessity to ensure they are in tune with spiritual traditions and constitutional principles of public administration; secondly, the necessity to increase organization attractiveness for highly qualified workers; thirdly, special role of management principles as a catalyst of organizational change. Importance of management principles for economy of present-day Russia is justified. Scientific originality of the study lies in the fact that the author analyzes evolution of industrial management principles. The research findings are as follows: the author justifies the necessity to specify managerial behaviour rules in the Manager’s Code of Conduct.
