Abstract. Optimal organization of students’ scientific research work as an important stage of the modern educator’s system of continuous professional education is a dialectic integrity of, on the one hand, future specialist’s internal tendency for scientific creative activity and, on the other hand, student’s satisfaction from the high-quality scientific research. Such an approach greatly promotes the future specialist’s self-affirmation, stimulates his autonomy, considerable emotional lift and, in its turn, predetermines student’s successful involvement into the process of continuous professional education and self-improvement of a modern teacher-researcher both in the professional and, which is equally important, in the general cultural aspect.
