Abstract.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the translation of one of the poems of Polish poet Y. Tuvim. At the beginning of the article some information about the poet, his life and creative activity is given. Then the observations on the phono-semantic features, the meter and the means of language expressiveness of the original and the translation are presented; the analogy is drawn between the creativity of two poets, typological manifestations (coincidences, adjacency) of their artistic worlds are analyzed.
