Abstract. In the article we present the examples of the comparative-onomasiological analysis of the means of expression of unmarked-continuous ways of action in German and Russian languages; consider which of the means are nuclear and peripheral means of expression of unmarked duration in both languages; which of the analyzed means are isomorphic and allomorphic for German and Russian languages.
