Abstract.
In the article the linguistic and extra-linguistic factors participating in the communicative semantization of the implicit meaning of estimation and contributing to the appearance of its positive axiological orientation are considered, the decisive role of the linguistic and extra-linguistic context in the creation of the implicit estimation and of the function of estimating statements comprising the implicit meaning of estimation in the text semantic structure is revealed.
