Abstract.
The author studies estimation tactics, which implements self-presentation strategy in autobiographical discourse, considers the realization of the tactics by linguistic means, exemplification methods, the intensification of authorial intention, and conducts the research by the material of B. Franklin and G. Schröder’s autobiographies.
