Abstract.
The author discusses the problem of creating an electronic textbook for foreign language distance teaching of technical higher education establishment students, and pays particular attention to the importance of using the computer from the perspectives of student-centered and communicative approaches and search for the most suitable methods and means of teaching special foreign language and training standard monitoring.
