Abstract.
The author analyzes the methods of constructing the basic “behavioural patterns” of children’s Kabardino-Cherkess poetry hero. Through hero’s typology, typical to the specific stage of literature development, the spiritual-moral transformations of society are explicated, and the tendencies typical to the modern stage of children’s national poetry development are outlined.
