Abstract.
The author describes the ways of expressing the multiplicative and iterative types of situations plurality in the Russian Sign Language (RSL), considers reduplication as the basic means of expressing the meanings of plurality; discusses the functions of reduplication in sign language morphology, and also analyzes the lexical indices, serving as the means of expressing the multiplicative and iterative types of plurality.
