Abstract.
The author presents the comparative analysis of story “On Shamsun Batyr and his Greedy Wife” by A. Kargalyi, which is Sufi in content, and the biblical version of narration about Samson, pays special attention to outstanding author’s interpretation of this plot by the Tatar author, and emphasizes that A. Kargalyi draws readers’ attention to the ethical and didactic aspects of the story.
