Abstract.
The author considers the unique ancient genres of “ бата -wishes” and “ қарғыс -curses” of the Kazakh traditional folk art from the viewpoint of suggestive linguistics, which reveals by them the forms of collective psychology and the national perception of the world, tells that such ancient artifacts and myths as “Тәңір” (Тенгри) and “Қыд(з)ыр” are widely and clearly presented in the contrastive genres of бата -wishes and curses that are widely functioning at this stage, and undertakes the attempt to research them.
