The article considers the notion of discourse, its particular form – political discourse, the verbal behaviour of the national chairman of “Green Party” in Germany Claudia Roth, her ability to use a variety of language means in political communication. Special attention is paid to the analysis of linguo-stylistic and pragma-stylistic means realized in the texts of her political speeches
