SPECIFICS OF PHRASEOLOGY IN THE DIARY OF ERICH KÄSTNER «KRIEGSTAGEBUCH» (1941-1945)

Abstract.
The article investigates the phraseology of the diary «Kriegstagebuch» created in 1941-1945 by the German writer Erich Kästner and written in epistolary genre. The paper analyzes function and stylistics of phraseological units, examines the cases of their modification. The findings are compared with the data on the other prose works of the writer, on the basis of the analysis the author concludes about the correlation of genre and stylistic originality of this piece of literature.
